This information will not be shared with the church office.  If we have a volunteer driver, the information will be shared with the driver of your child/youth in paper form which will be shredded after the event.  The rector will retain this information for the next event.  By clicking the "submit release" button  you are electronically signing and agreeing to the terms in the pdf file below labeled "release document."
