FRUITS OF THE HARVEST
The Fruits of the Harvest (FOTH) Fundraiser is a festive, themed party attended by about 100 people in the parish hall and patio. Over 27 years we have raised more than $947,653 in net proceeds at this event. With the addition of the church budgeted allocation and rollover funds and donations, we have given grants of over $1,155,990 to Outreach Ministries to support their important work.
FOTH is anticipated by many for fun and fellowship, and it brings the whole congregation together in the spirit of giving to Outreach, something that this parish feels deeply committed to doing as God’s work. Parishioners donate or solicit prizes or gift cards if there is a silent auction or raffles, and they generously donate funds to the event and to the Fund-A-Need. Any gift, small or large, is welcomed and appreciated.

September 6, 2025 from 4 to 8 pm
Join us for our 28th fundraiser for our Outreach Ministry Partners.
We get together for a great party with a catered dinner, silent auctions and raffles, Fund-A-Need, and Super Bingo and the parish works together with their hands, their hearts, and donations to support the work these organizations are doing to make people’s lives better.
We will show a video being created by Caroline Bried at both services on Sunday, August 31st showcasing who these organizations picked as their superhero, that special person who they feel gives above and beyond the norm to their cause.
We love it when people join in the fun by dressing in the theme of the night. We encourage you to come as your superhero, whether they are in comic books, movies, or a figure who has impacted you or the world. Of course, this is optional, so we’ll take you as the super person you are. However, there is a prize for the best costume.
Check out the rolling blue FOTH bulletin board outside after the Sunday services with donor forms, solicitation letters, childcare forms, and more invitations if you need them. Also, the FOTH website is loaded with details. Look for church emails with Thursday Announcements and the July and August Tidings newsletters the latest info. For more info: [email protected]g

Our theme for last year’s 27th FOTH in 2024 was “The stars at night,
are big and bright,….deep in the heart of Outreach”
are big and bright,….deep in the heart of Outreach”
Our big event on August 17th, 2024, was a big, fast, loud Western night with a huge posse of cowboys and cowgirls in a sea of plaid. The pictures show how much fun we had including the line dancing.
THANK YOU ALL for all your very generous monetary donations, silent auction items, gift cards, the Wall of Wine bottles, and wine for the bar. We now have a ball park figure of what we netted at the event: $53,000!! The Fund-A-Need raised over $13,000. This will help us send grants to the 15 Outreach Ministry partners and events.
Many thanks to Carolyn Bried who created the video that featured client success stories from all our Outreach Ministry partners and events as our STARS for FOTH. We wanted you to know where all the funds you donated are going and what impact this has on so many lives that these organizations are helping. It touched all our hearts. Don't miss the 2024 video here! https://youtu.be/hhugdpOmEL0
Our theme for last year’s 26th FOTH in 2023 was “Mama Mia! That’s Italian.”
We celebrated as we had before Covid-19, with all the stops pulled out at an evening event with dinner in the parish hall. The room was decorated with large fabric banners of iconic scenes of Italy hanging everywhere as if we were in Italy. We enjoyed a delicious catered Italian meal and had an enjoyable evening. Our special guest speaker, Deanne Pearn, from Hope Solutions, spoke about their organization’s work to house homeless families and providing them with extensive services.
There was a Fund-A-Need, a mini silent auction, Wall of Wine, and Mystery Boxes that were a big hit.
Our net proceeds that night were $52,025.07, (the Fund-A-Need made $17,000) and with the church budgeted Outreach allocation and rollover donations, we gave grants out in November 2023 of $71,500.00. We received many letters of thanks from our grateful beneficiaries. Check out the disbursement of grants to all our Outreach Ministry Partners on the button at the bottom.
The Outreach video for 2023 made by Caroline Bried featured our liaisons and why they love their ministries. The video is posted on the button at the bottom. Please enjoy

FOTH 2022 – Theme: “Twenty Five Years of Making a Difference”
We had a program on Sunday, August 18, 2022, in the parish hall attended by about 100 people and a catered brunch on a glorious day on the patio. It was a laid back event with a Zoom party the week before with gift card raffles for those unable to attend the live event. The event had a Wall of Wine and we did not have a Fund-A-Need. We wanted to return to a live event very gently after 3 years of FOTH on Zoom.
We watched our newest video that had congratulations from all our ministries, and photos of past FOTH events with all their themes and costumed people having fun. It was nostalgic and funny at the same time. There were so many friends who are no longer here or have moved away.

FOTH 2021 – Theme: “Faith, Resilience, Gratitude, and Love.”
We planned an in person event but by August the new Delta variant of Covid was on the rise. We returned to an on-line fundraiser on Sunday, September 19th and 26th featuring raffles of gift cards. Our Outreach video created by Carolyn Bried was one of the most in-depth informational ways to see the incredible work being done by these ministries.
Our parish exhibited all of the above traits by responding with such generosity and donating over $47,600 net. Check out the disbursement of grants to all our Outreach ministries on the button below.

FOTH 2020 – Theme: “Coffee or Tea Talk – FOTH Re-Imagined”
What a difficult time with the pandemic upon us. We had to revamp everything as did every other non-profit. We pivoted to an on-line coffee hour on two Sundays, August 9th and 16th. We created our first Outreach video to show you the incredible and important work the ministries were doing during this very hard time. It was apparent to all that so many people were being impacted by a need for food, jobs, and homes. You opened your hearts and your pocket books and with some very large anonymous donations, we gave out a record gross amount of $93,550 in grants and emergency funds that were to be used for a crisis like this. Think of all the people that were helped by the organizations that received these funds.

Thank you, Saint Timothy’s! We are deeply dedicated to our commitment to reach out and help our brothers and sisters when there is such a great need.
